Rolling In

Rolling in also known as pronation is when the inside of the foot rolls inward as we walk and run. It is a natural movement to help with shock absorption, helps produce strength to push off during the gait cycle and also helps with balance to adjust to different terrains. When there is too much of this movement it can put stress on other ligaments, muscles, and tendons. Which can also cause some pain in the foot and other areas of the body.
